Objective
The scheme enable the students from the weaker sections to have access to higher education including professional courses like Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Management, Computer courses, etc. The scheme applies to all universities & its affiliated colleges whose admission process is regulated/administered by the State Government.

Income Limit :
The income for SC/ST students was enhanced to Rs.2.00 lakhs per annum and for BC, EBC/Minorites – Rs 1.50 lakhs in rural and Rs 2.00 lakhs in urban per annum.
Apply ePASS Telanga Post Matric Scholarship 2024
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the Telangana ePASS Scholarship Portal.
Step 2 : Next, Click on the “Post Matric Scholarship Services” link in the home page.
Step 3 : Click on “Fresh Registration” link under Post matric Scholarships For Fresh Registration(2023-24)
Step 4 : Mandatory Documents to be Scanned and Uploaded for FRESH Registration Process for the Academic year 2023-24. Please tick the following check boxes to proceed.
Step 5 : Fill the Registration Form with the required details
Step 6 : Upload the below mentioned documents
Step 7 : Finally Click on “Submit” button to complete your registration
Note : For Renewal you have to click on “Renewal Registrations” link to proceed with the application
Documents Required for Scholarship
1) S.S.C Hall ticket number, year of pass, type of pass(Regular/Supple./CBSE etc.) to access the application
2) a) Student Aadhaar CARD NUMBER
b) If you do not have Aadhaar Card, go to the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centre for enrolment.
c) If you have enrolled for Aadhaar and have Enrolment Number(EID) with you, then verify your Aadhaar Status.( Click here to verify the status of Aadhaar)
3) Caste Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre
4) Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre after 01-04-2022
5) Open bank account in any of the Nationalized Banks (Click here for the list of Nationalized Banks). Bank account not required for EBC students.
6) Students should have a Mobile Number for receiving ONE TIME PASSWORD for registration of application(Mobile number may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members)
7) STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE for the last SEVEN consecutive years of Study
8) Furnish CET(Common Entrance Test) allotment order for CET courses
9) If the student belongs to Intermediate, to register in ePASS, the student has to complete online Admission in BIE(Board of Intermediate Education) Portal by the College Principal
Benefits
1.Reimbursement of tuition fee (RTF) :
The RTF component comprises of all non-refundable fee charged by colleges (as fixed by the University/Boards) and is paid to colleges directly. The fee reimbursed generally ranges from Rs.850/-for Intermediate course to Rs 6.90 lakhs for Medical courses per annum per student.
The Fee ranges from Group-wise are as follows

2. Maintenance charges (MTF) :
The MTF component consists of maintenance charges given directly to the students. The Maintenance rate depends on the type of the courses such as Professional (Group I); Post Graduate Courses (Group II); Graduate Courses (Group III) and Intermediate level courses (Groups IV).
