1. I am unable to deposit Card on arrival ?
Deposit the Swasthya Sathi Card within 24 hours from Hospitalization, else the cost have to be borne by the Beneficiary. You can also call our 24×7 Call Centre – 1800 345 5384 (Toll Free)
2. How to check amount deducted and Amount Left in Account ?
** From the Discharge Slip, in case of hospitalization and the SMS received in the registered mobile.
** Use the Mobile App, download it from Google Play Store, and search by putting your URN number

3. Which hospitals can the beneficiaries visit for the treatment under SWASTHYA SATHI?
** A list of the hospitals (both public and private) are provided at the time of enrolment, check it from the hospital booklet
** Call the helpline number provided along with the smart card.
** Use the Mobile App and for the ‘active hospital’ tab you can search the network hospital

4. What kind of hospitals will be part of this list?
Based on the qualifying criteria, both public and private hospitals are empanelled. The Hospitals are graded according to the facilities & Infrastructure available, e.g. Grade A, Grade B, Grade C and Grade R. The beneficiary has the option to choose hospitals where they want to go.
You can search facilities available in the hospitals through Mobile App or by using our Website.
5. Which hospitals can the beneficiary go to get the treatment?
At the time of issuance of the card, a list of hospitals empanelled in the scheme is provided to the beneficiaries.
In case of need to go to hospital, beneficiary will have to go to one of these hospitals or such hospitals as are added to the list of empanelled hospitals subsequently. Please check the details in our Mobile App / Website or call our Toll Free Call Centre.
6. How will the beneficiary know which hospitals they can go for treatment under Swasthya Sathi?
The list of the hospitals are provided at the time of the card issuance.
