How to Link Aadhaar with URN?
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the CMCHIS Official Website.
Step 2 : The existing beneficiary shall open this tab CMCHIS Online.
Step 3 : In the given slot please enter your 22 digit URN.
Step 4 : Click the check box for acceptance to enter your Aadhaar number.
Step 5 : Click the Enroll Now button and the user will be redirected to a page where the user needs to select the Family member and enter their Aadhar number and mobile number in the box provided.
Step 6 : After entering the Aadhaar number and your mobile number, click submit button. The user will receive a OTP in the given mobile number. Enter that OTP in the box provided. You will receive a message as “Your Aadhar number registered successfully”
Step 7 : If your Aadhar number is already linked with URN, you will receive a message as “Already Registered”.

What is CMCHIS?
The Scheme provides quality health care to the eligible person through and empanelled government and private hospitals and to reduce the financial hardship to the enrolled families and move towards universal health coverage by effectively linking with public health system.
Around 1.37 Crore family covered under CMCHIS (January 2022). Totally 1090 procedures, 8 follow up procedures and 52 diagnostic procedures are covered under CMCHIS in 800 Government 900 Private empanelled hospitals.

1. What is the objective of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana – Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme?
Ans: The objective of PMJAY-CMCHIS is to provide cashless and paperless treatment in hospitals through health insurance coverage up to 5 lakh rupees per family per year thus reducing the financial burden of poor and vulnerable groups arising out of hospitalization episodes and ensure their access to quality health care services.
2. What is the diseases beneficiary can avail in this Scheme?
Ans: Currently 1393 packages covering surgery, medical and day care treatments, along with medicine and diagnostics will be covered under PMJAY-CMCHIS as per norms and guidelines of the Scheme.
3. Can additional family members be added in SECC?
Ans: Yes, members can be added or deleted from the family. However there is no Provision to add more families to the existing SECC database.
